Sweet Potato and Pineapple Casserole for Thanksgiving

Boil and mash sweet potatoes.

Mix with enough pineapple juice from canned pineapple to make a soft consistency. Mix with chunks of pineapple 1/2 cup and stir well into potato mixture.

Place in casserole, sprinkle with chopped nuts or almond slivers.

Dot with butter and bake.
